Adobe Solutions Architect
Cardinal Solutions is currently seeking a Solutions Architect to join our Adobe Enterprise Solutions practice. The Adobe Solutions Architect is responsible for architecting enterprise solutions, which are rooted in electronic forms, business process management, and/or electronic content management.
The Adobe Solutions Architect works with our clients to gather user requirements, document functional requirements, architect new solutions, articulate the future vision, and leads the effort to successful implementation.
The Adobe Solutions Architect will assist and perform proposal writing and project leadership. Managing and performing user and functional analysis, design, development, testing, and production rollouts are all common duties of this position. This position also regularly contributes to pre-sales effort working with Cardinal's management team. These tasks include creating and delivering presentations, proof of concepts, and/or training material.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Strong full life cycle software application development background
- Strong background in business process modeling, optimization and implementation
- Experience as technical leader or project manager on software development projects
- 5+ years of IT experience
- 2+ years of software development experience
- Experience with logical data modeling
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience mentoring team members
- Experience facilitating meetings
- Experience gathering and documenting user requirements
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Experience with JavaScript
- Experience with XML
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
Desired Skills:
- Hands on experience with Adobe LiveCycle, FileNET, IBM Content Manager, SharePoint, Documentum and/or Siemens PLM Software (previously UGS)
- Experience with Adobe Flex technology
- Experience with UML, RUP or custom methodologies
- Experience performing use case analysis
- Experience with Imaging Management
- Experience with Content Management
- Industry experience in Financial Services, Manufacturing and/or Government
- Experience teaching in formal classroom setting
- Experience presenting to audiences of twenty or more
- Experience with Java or other object-oriented programming language
- Experience developing XML Web Services
- Experience with RDBMS
- Adobe Certified Instructor (ACI) or Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) qualifications
