Senior Consultant I

Cardinal Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Consultant I (Cross Industry Solutions) for its Cincinnati, Ohio location. A Senior Consultant I in Cross Industry Solutions will design and implement Enterprise Workflow and Business Process Management solutions; be actively involved in all phases of the software lifecycle - requirements gathering and analysis; will interact with clients to understand and document business needs; Java-based software development and system integration; and deployment.  

Qualified applicants must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline and at least three years of experience in the following areas: 

• Implementing workflow applications, content management applications, or product lifecycle management applications;
• Business process automation utilizing enterprise tools;
• Custom software development utilizing Java / JEE;
• Object-oriented technology;
• Client-side scripting (Javascript, Ajax, etc);
• Knowledge of relational database management Systems such as on UNIX server ;
• SQL, PL/SQL and UNIX script writing. 

Two years of required experience must have included:

• Automating paper-based business process;
• Exposure to XML, web services, or XSLT;
• Working with relational database management systems such as Oracle 9i, SQL Server, DB2.
