Essentials of RUP-Based Software Development


This one-day seminar enables participants to improve foundations of software methodology and better understand the Rational Unified Process (RUP).  Participants will gain a better understanding of RUP and general principles of project management along with software development within a RUP based project context.

Who should attend?
IT managers, project leaders and project team members who need to gain a better understanding of the iterative software development lifecycle and terminology of the Rational Unified Process (RUP).
