Project Resource Estimation Planning
This PMI certified one-day seminar presents a high-level summary of Cardinal’s method for estimating the effort required to build enterprise applications. Why is this seminar important to you? Over the past several years Cardinal has prepared effort estimates and project plans for custom application development efforts ranging in size from $50K to $2M. Our estimation process has been adjusted and recalibrated to reflect the metrics collected during the delivery phases of these projects. This seminar will present our “lessons learned” in real world project estimating and help you create a more accurate process for your internal project planning.

This course is designed for IT managers and project leaders who need to prepare accurate effort estimates and project resource plans.
