Requirements Management with Use Cases

This PMI approved course takes an in-depth look at requirements management using the Use Case technique.  This course will help attendees gain knowledge direct experience around requirements management activities.  Students will learn how to manage individual requirement artifacts and understand how requirements fit within the Rational Unified Process (RUP).  Students will gain insight into the application of customizations and apply this knowledge to the requirements process specific to their organization.

This course is designed for project managers, system and business analysts, developers, and testers.
